Performance Dashboard

Vermont has created a Performance Dashboard built from the goals of the funded grantees throughout the state. VDH HIV grantees include AIDS Service Organizations, Community Based Organizations, and Medical Service Providers.

The Dashboard is updated quarterly, as grantees report on their progress toward goals. The Dashboards are discussed at CAG Meetings, where the stories behind the numbers are filled in.
